Ocean Walk 1 Bedroom Rental
Although we have a 1 bedroom at Ocean Walk, the 1 bedroom is part of our 2 bedroom lockout. The 2 bedroom becomes a 1 bedroom oceanfront and a 1 bedroom suite with a cityview. You are probably wondering why we do not rent 1 bedrooms more often, it is because EVERYONE wants the 1 bedroom oceanfront, the cityview side is harder to rent out, so it usually sits empty if we rent out the oceanfront side.
We only rent the 1 bedroom out during off season or within 1 week of arrival during high season.
